Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Processa LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Montana, USA, with its registered office at 1001 S Main St # 12262, Kalispell, MT 59901-1498, USA ("Processa", "we", "us"), handles personal data in connection with the website processa.space (the "Website") and e-mail correspondence with us.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Processa LLC is the controller of personal data processed through the Website and our e-mail correspondence. You can reach us at contact@processa.space.
2. What data we collect — and what we don't
The Website is a static informational page. It does not contain contact forms, user accounts, newsletters, chat widgets, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts. We do not set cookies of our own and we do not profile visitors.
The only categories of data we may process are:
- Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data of each visit (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type). These logs are used solely to keep the Website secure and operational, and are retained for a limited period defined by the hosting provider.
- E-mail correspondence. If you write to us, we process the data you choose to include in your message (typically your name, e-mail address and the content of the message) in order to respond and, where relevant, to negotiate or perform a contract.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and conducting business correspondence — our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective and existing clients (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, where the GDPR applies), or steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Security and operation of the Website — our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure, functioning service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. How long we keep data
E-mail correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the matter it concerns and afterwards for the period required to document our business dealings or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Server logs are retained for the short technical period applied by our hosting provider.
5. Who receives the data
We use a small number of service providers to operate the Website and our e-mail: a hosting/content-delivery provider and an e-mail service provider. These providers process data on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. International transfers
Processa LLC is established in the United States, so data contained in correspondence addressed to us is processed in the US. Where we communicate with persons in the European Economic Area, transfers of personal data are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses applied by our service providers or, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
7. Your rights
If the GDPR or similar legislation applies to you, you have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your place of residence.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@processa.space. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. Children
The Website is directed at businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data of persons under 16.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when our services or providers change. The current version, with its effective date, is always available on this page.
